Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several properties, ensuring high resident satisfaction, effective lease administration, and strong budget performance. You will lead a regional team, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate with the property leadership to drive results.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in property management, 3–5 years in direct management, and experience with Yardi. Real estate license and HUD/loan knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5–10 years property management experience.
• 3–5 years direct management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PM system.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• HUD/loan assistance knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, delinquency management, and P&L.
• Ensure high client and resident satisfaction.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Create strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Manage annual budgets, GLs, and reporting for property owners and leadership.
• Inspect properties regularly to maintain curb appeal and operations.
• Handle escalated resident complaints and liaise with corporate.
