Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations for multiple properties and lead a team of associates. You will manage lease administration, rent collection, delinquencies, budgets, and reporting to property owners and leadership to ensure a high level of Resident satisfaction.

You will supervise recruiting, mentoring, and performance, develop marketing plans with Avenue5's marketing team, and ensure compliance with management agreements, safety, and risk programs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of property management experience is required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience is required.
• Yardi or another property management system experience is required.
• Real estate license as required by state or local law.
• Understanding of HUD and/or loan assistance processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, GLs, budgeting, etc. is required.
• Three to five years of ownership level responsibilities of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rental collection, delinquency management, property P&L and marketing.
• Ensures a high level of client and resident satisfaction and effective communication with owners and leadership.
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Develops strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team to attract and retain residents.
• Manages annual budgets, P&L statements, general ledger and reporting for property owners.
• Adheres to property management agreements and risk management initiatives.
• Inspects properties regularly to maintain curb appeal and operations.
