Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations of several multifamily properties, ensuring top-notch resident experiences and compliant property performance.

You will manage lease administration, rental collection, vendor contracts, budgeting, and monthly reporting, collaborating with property leadership to maintain curb appeal, safety, and owner satisfaction across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years property management experience.
• 3–5 years direct management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management system.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• HUD/loan assistance knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L, GLs, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of several properties, including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rental collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Ensure high level of client and resident satisfaction.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Create strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Manage annual budget, P&L statements, general ledger, and reporting for owners and leadership.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the Property Management Agreement.
• Regularly inspect properties to maintain curb appeal and operations.
• Address escalated resident issues and liaise with residents and corporate offices.
