Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties across the sector, ensuring efficient operations, lease administration, and strong resident and owner satisfaction. You will work with the property leadership team to drive performance and growth.

The role requires 5–10 years in property management, demonstrable leadership, and familiarity with Yardi. Travel is expected; a valid real estate license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of property management experience.
• Three to five years of direct management experience.
• Yardi or equivalent property management system experience.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• HUD/loan assistance knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L statements and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, and property P&L.
• Ensure high levels of client and resident satisfaction.
• Lead associate lifecycle processes: recruiting, mentoring and performance management.
• Create strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team to attract and retain residents.
• Manage properties’ annual budget, GLs, and reports for owners and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements and operating guidelines.
• Regularly inspect properties for curb appeal and maintenance quality.
• Address escalated resident issues and liaise with residents and corporate office.
