Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is searching for a regional manager to oversee operations of several properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, lease administration, and strong financial performance. You will partner with property leadership to drive occupancy, manage vendor contracts, and deliver monthly reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in property management, 3–5 years of direct leadership, and experience with Yardi or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of property management experience.
• Three to five years of direct management experience.
• Yardi or equivalent property management system experience.
• Understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and reporting.
• Real estate license as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of multiple properties, including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rental collection and delinquency management.
• Manages property P&L, budgeting, general ledger and reporting to owners and leadership.
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Creates strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents with the marketing team.
• Ensures compliance with Property Management Agreement guidelines and HUD/loan processes.
• Maintains safety, risk management, and site operations while coordinating with corporate office.
