Avenue5 Residential seeks a regional manager to oversee operations across multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, lease administration, and financial performance. You will lead the property leadership team, manage vendor contracts, and drive occupancy and service excellence.

The role requires experience in property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM systems such as Yardi. Occasional travel and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of property management experience.
• Three to five years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operations of multiple properties, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection and delinquency management.
• Manage property P&L, budgeting, and monthly reporting for property owners and leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate associates; lead performance management.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreement and maintain curb appeal, maintenance operations, and risk management.
• Respond to resident concerns and serve as liaison to residents and corporate office.
• Oversee safety records, loss claims, and evacuation plans; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel as required; overtime and weekend work may be needed.
