Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M. The role reports to the Project Controls Director and acts as a billable resource across the business.

You will build large PMO schedules in Primavera or MS Project, manage budgets, track actuals, and coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a 4-year college degree or at least 2 years of direct experience with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outage planning, cost tracking, and power plant operations is preferred but candidates from large-scale maintenance environments will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to build cost-loaded schedules and track outages with strong cost-control focus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain large PMO detailed schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at complete cost for outages.
• Review and manage contractual payment terms and invoicing schedules.
