Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control for PMO projects valued up to $250M. You will manage schedules, budgets, and invoicing, with travel to plants for cost audits and collaborations with PMs, procurement, and regional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outage planning or related fields, strong Excel data modeling, and proficiency with Primavera or MS Project. This is a remote role with extensive field coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with project controls focus.
• Experience with outage planning and large-scale maintenance.
• Strong cost control and budgeting skills.
• Proficient with Primavera or MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed PMO schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, estimate at complete costs.
• Ensure client invoices align with contracts and progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet teams.
• Support regional planning and cost resources.
