Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost tracking and scheduling for PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M. You will travel to sites, audit costs, and collaborate with project teams and vendors.

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will build cost-loaded schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure invoices align with contracts. Strong Primavera or MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree desirable, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years direct outage planning and cost-tracking experience with large projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project detailed schedules (L3/L4).
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at complete cost on large outages.
• Review contractual payment terms and develop schedule of payments.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet with teams/vendors.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Develop standard scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
• Prepare regional cost, schedule and cashflow reviews.
• Ensure project dashboards KPIs are accurate.
