Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control for PMO projects valued from $10M to $250M. You will report to the Project Controls Director and coordinate with stakeholders as a billable resource to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include creating detailed PMO schedules, budgeting, cost tracking, and payments administration, with travel to sites for audits. Strong Primavera/Microsoft Project and Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking for large projects.
• Demonstrable project controls experience with cost-loaded schedules.
• Experience tracking outages cost and schedule on large complex outages.
• Ability to report outage performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3, L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at complete cost for outages.
• Review payment terms with clients and prepare a payments schedule.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage indirect third-party resources and track vendor cashflows.
