Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control for PMO projects ranging from $10M to $250M. Qualifications

• The Regional Project Controls Manager will drive cost control for PMO projects valued between $10M-$250M.
• A strong background in creating cost loaded schedules and tracking progress is required.
• Experience in budgeting, cost forecasting, and variance analysis is essential.
• Proficiency with Primavera or MS Project and MS Office is expected.
• Ability to liaise with project managers, procurement, and regional teams is needed.
• Travel to assigned plants for planning and cost tracking, about 50% of time, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at complete costs for outages.
• Ensure client invoices align with contracts and progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Support site planners and other remote cost resources as SME.
• Manage 4-6 third-party resources indirectly; coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with PMs, procurement, and regional teams on cost tracking.
• Develop Primavera standard scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
• Assist regional planning refreshes twice a year.
• Ensure project dashboard KPIs are accurate per company calendar.
