Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M. You will report to the Project Controls Director and work with stakeholders across the business as a billable resource.

The role requires expertise in Primavera or MS Project, budgeting, tracking actuals, and producing regional cost and schedule reviews. Travel up to 50% and mentorship of a small team are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in outage planning, cost tracking, and power plant operations.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules and tracking outage costs.
• Experience onsite tracking of large outages for cost and schedule.
• Experience reporting outage performance to senior management.

Responsabilités

• Create and update large PMO project detailed schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at completion for outages.
• Review payment terms and align invoices with contracts and progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Develop Primavera scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
• Prepare regional cost, schedule, and cash flow reviews.
• Ensure project dashboards KPI are accurate.
