Job summary

Reworld seeks a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued between $10 million and $250 million, including outages and maintenance work. You will report to the Project Controls Director and work as a billable resource across sites.

The role requires proficiency in Primavera or MS Project, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, regional teams, and procurement. Up to 50% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree desirable; those with at least 2 years of direct experience may be considered with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking on large maintenance projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build cost-loaded schedules and track outages to completion.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project detailed schedules (L3, L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at complete costs for outages.
• Review contract payment terms and develop payment schedules in line with progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams and vendors.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage 4-6 external resources; coordinate with PMs, procurement and regional teams.
• Develop standard scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
