Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued between $10 million and $250 million, with travel around 50% to sites across the United States. You will create and maintain detailed schedules (L3/L4), load budgets, track actuals, and ensure invoices align with contracts while supporting regional planners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Extensive outage planning and cost-tracking experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera or MS Project for scheduling.
• Ability to develop cost-loaded schedules and report progress to leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules at L3/L4 levels.
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at completion for outages.
• Ensure invoices to clients align with contract terms and progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams and vendors.
• Support site planners and cost resources as SMEs.
• Indirectly manage 4–6 third-party resources.
• Collaborate with PMs, procurement and regional teams to track vendor costs.
• Help develop standard scopes of work for outages.
• Support regional planning refreshes twice yearly.
• Maintain accurate project dashboards KPIs.
