Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control for PMO projects valued from $10 million to $250 million, supporting outages, maintenance, expansions, and emergencies. The role reports to the Project Controls Director and is a billable resource for cost control.

You will develop large PMO schedules in Primavera or Microsoft Project, load budgets, track actuals and forecast completion, and ensure invoices align with contractual terms and project progress.

Qualifications

• Outage planning and cost tracking experience.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain large PMO schedules (L3/L4).
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at completion for outages.
• Review contractual payment terms and align invoices with progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet with project teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team members on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement and regional teams.
