Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued between $10 million and $250 million. You will coordinate with project teams, procurement, and regional resources, ensuring invoices align with contracts and progress.

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, this role involves extensive travel to sites, mentoring junior staff, and managing 4–6 external resources. Strong Primavera or MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree is desirable but 2+ years of direct experience may be considered with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outage planning, outage cost tracking and a good understanding of power plant operations is preferred but candidates from similar large-scale maintenance contexts will be considered.
• Strong scheduling and cost-tracking experience with Primavera or MS Project, plus proficient Excel and Access capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project detailed schedules (L3 and L4).
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at complete cost on large PMO outages.
• Review contractual payment terms with clients and develop schedule of payments.
• Ensure invoices to clients are issued in accordance with contractual terms and project progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet with project teams and vendors.
• Mentor and cross-train other team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Indirect management and scoping of third-party resources (approx. 4–6 resources).
• Work with Project Managers, procurement, regional resources, and management to track vendor costs and cash flows.
• Update vendor installments based on project progress.
• Support Primavera standard scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
• Support regional planning refreshes 2 times a year.
• Prepare regional cost, schedule and cashflow reviews.
• Ensure project dashboard KPIs are complete and accurate.
