Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead regional project controls teams, standardize practices, and drive cost control, scheduling and forecasting improvements. Travel up to 25% will be required as you partner with executives to meet financial targets.

The role focuses on implementing analytics, new systems and reporting tools to enhance decision-making. You will oversee multiple regions, develop managers, and shape project performance across complex construction

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project controls or construction operations.
• Experience leading managers and teams across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, risk management and performance analytics.
• Evidence of successfully implementing new systems and processes across a construction business.
• Experience with enterprise project controls and reporting platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Project Controls Managers and establish consistent standards across the business.
• Oversee cost control, scheduling, reporting and project performance measures.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify risks, improve forecasting and support financial targets.
• Introduce improved systems, analytics and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Lead performance reviews and implement improvements across projects and teams.
• Develop managers and deliver training to support new processes.
