Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls in Phoenix, AZ to lead regional project controls teams and standardize governance across multiple projects.

The role focuses on cost control, scheduling, forecasting and performance metrics to drive successful delivery of complex construction programs. You will partner with executive leadership to identify risks, implement new systems, and deliver enhanced analytics and reporting tools to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project controls or construction operations.
• Experience leading managers across multiple regions.
• Strong cost engineering, scheduling, risk management and analytics.
• Proven track record implementing new systems and processes across a construction business.
• Experience with enterprise project controls and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Project Controls Managers and establish consistent standards across the business.
• Oversee cost control, scheduling, reporting and project performance measures.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify risks, improve forecasting and support financial targets.
• Introduce improved systems, analytics and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Lead performance reviews and implement improvements across projects and teams.
• Develop managers and deliver training to support new processes.
