Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control for PMO projects valued from $10M to $250M. You will travel to sites, support outages, and partner with project managers and procurement to manage budgets and cash flows.

The role reports to the Project Controls Director and requires strong planning software skills, financial acumen, and mentoring abilities to develop a high-performance team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience building cost-loaded schedules for large outages.
• Experience in outage cost tracking and reporting to senior management.
• Ability to manage 4–6 external resources and mentor others.
• Travel up to 50% to assigned plants.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals and estimate at completion.
• Review contracts and develop payment schedules with clients.
• Audit costs on-site and coordinate with project teams and vendors.
• Support regional planning refreshes and monthly cost reviews.
• Ensure PMO dashboards KPI are accurate.
