Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued between $10 million and $250 million, reporting to the Project Controls Director. The role requires travel to sites to audit costs and coordinate with project teams and vendors.

You will create detailed schedules, load budgets, track actuals, and manage payments while mentoring other planners. A combination of on-site and regional oversight supports outages and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred; at least 2 years of direct experience with HS diploma acceptable.
• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking, plus understanding of power plant operations.
• Proven ability to build cost-loaded schedules and track costs across outages.
• On-site tracking of large outages and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at complete for outages.
• Review contract terms and schedule payments; issue invoices accordingly.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams and vendors.
• Mentor and train other team members in scheduling and cost tracking.
• Support regional planning refreshes and monthly cost/cashflow reviews.
• Ensure PMO dashboards accurately reflect KPIs and project status.
• Contribute to Post-Outage Review summaries with improvement actions.
