Job summary

Reworld seeks a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for multi-million dollar PMO projects, including outages and expansions. You will build detailed cost-loaded schedules, manage budgets, and work with PMs, procurement and regional teams.

This role requires travel up to 50%, mentoring staff, and delivering KPI dashboards. A 4-year degree is preferred; strong Primavera/Microsoft Project skills and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; may consider 2+ years with HS diploma
• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking for large outages is preferred
• Strong scheduling and cost tracking capabilities with prior outage reporting to leadership

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals and estimate at completion for outages.
• Review contractual payments and ensure invoices align with terms.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor and cross-train staff on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage 4–6 external resources and coordinate with PMO/Procurement.
