Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces and International Services programs in overseas locations. This role involves six-month deployments, remote training, and paid time off after assignments, living on military bases and adhering to base policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or public administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum five years of related program management experience.
• Experience with military culture and Red Cross programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate emergency communications for military members and families.
• Monitor and log activities; maintain rosters and case logs per guidelines.
• Build relationships with installation partners and command staff.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers across SAF/IS and related services.
• Oversee program delivery, including deployment readiness and family support.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and reporting for mobile deployments.
