Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services (IS) programs. You will deploy to overseas locations for six months with remote training and in-person sessions, living and working on military bases under strict guidelines.

Ideal candidates have five years of program management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage volunteers and complex deployments in austere

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years related experience in program management or related field is required.
• Public speaking, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Red Cross services to service members, veterans, and families.
• Oversee SAF/IS programs including IHL, YAC, and Restoring Family Links.
• Deploy as a mobile team member for six months overseas and support readiness drills.
