Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 7 years of related experience and two or more direct reports.
Willingness to travel up to 40% including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed revenue targets and balance performance across team.
Maintain staffing levels and attract key sales talent via HR processes.
Develop personnel towards career advancement and skill growth.
Manage sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.com.
