Job summary

Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) North America Design & Construction team is seeking a Preconstruction Manager. You will lead complex preconstruction for fulfillment centers and other facilities, coordinating with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Finance and Construction to establish scope, budget and schedule.

You will travel up to 60%, be the owner’s representative through permitting and design management, and ensure a clean hand-off to Construction Manager with ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience spanning design phase through implementation and operation.
• Experience managing cross-functional industrial pre-construction projects.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned regions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cross-functional industrial pre-construction projects from site selection to contract execution.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Entitlements, and AHJ for permits and approvals.
• Own budget tracking, schedule management, and cashflow forecasting across projects.
