Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers while achieving sales goals for our precast concrete products.

Based in Florida with a hybrid work arrangement from one of our plants (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral), you will market products to civil contractors, utilities and municipalities, identify bids, and drive growth in designated markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction or precast concrete sales.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Willingness to travel approx. 50%+ within the sales region.
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently within territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products to civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and target core markets for growth.
• Identify and bid projects, developing bid strategy for each opportunity.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes and coordinate with the sales team.
• Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing strategy to achieve sales goals and profitability.
• Develop relationships with the engineering community to get products specified on projects.
• Meet specific sales volumes and profit margins.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Operations, Transportation and Accounting to ensure excellent customer service.
• Communicate with the broader sales team to manage overlapping accounts and leverage product portfolio.
• Participate in industry associations to build networking and business relationships.
