Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an experienced Sales Representative to grow the precast products business in Florida and surrounding markets. The role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on developing strategic customer relationships and meeting sales and margin goals.

The hybrid position will be located at one of our Florida plants (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral) and requires travel ~50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Must be able to travel ~50%+ across the sales region.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to civil contractors, utility companies, and municipalities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities; bid projects; develop bid strategies.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, quotes, and communicate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager in strategy and profitability goals.
• Build relationships within the engineering community to gain product specification on future projects.
• Meet specific sales volume and margin goals.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting to ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to manage overlapping accounts and leverage product portfolio.
• Engage in industry associations to develop networking and business relationships.
