Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for a hybrid Florida role (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral). You will develop and maintain relationships with customers, meet sales goals for precast products, and create plans to grow regional sales volume.

The position requires 2+ years in civil infrastructure or precast sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar.
• Strong business acumen in sales/marketing and industry trends.
• Ability to read civil/design drawings.
• Willingness to travel ~50%+ across the sales region.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and develop market strategies within core regions.
• Review bids and assist in bid strategy for each project.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high levels of customer service.
