Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for a hybrid Florida position (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral). You will develop relationships with civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities, drive sales of precast products, and coordinate bid strategies.

The role requires reading design drawings, business acumen, and travel ~50%+. Join a leading manufacturer of infrastructure products and contribute to growth across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast sales, or similar.
• Ability to read civil design and production drawings.
• Must be able to travel ~50%+ within the sales region.

Responsibilities

• Sell precast concrete products to contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and bid projects; help develop bid strategy.
• Use software to manage prospects, quotes, and communications.
• Support Area Sales Manager to meet sales goals and profitability.
• Build relationships with engineers and specifiers for future projects.
