Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with customers, achieve sales goals for precast concrete products, and plan to increase regional sales volume.

This hybrid role will be located at a Florida plant (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral), reporting to the Sales Manager, with responsibilities spanning strategy execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Must have ability to travel approx. 50%+ throughout the sales region.

Responsibilities

• Sell Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products to civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• prospect opportunities and target companies in core markets.
• Bid on appropriate projects and plan bid strategy for each job.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager to meet sales goals and profitability in key markets.
