Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Florida is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities, and to achieve sales goals for precast concrete products.

The role is hybrid, located at one of our Florida plants in Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral, with travel across the region and collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction or precast sales.
• Ability to travel approx. 50%+ within the sales region.
• Read and interpret civil design and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products to contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and target core markets.
• Identify and bid projects; participate in bid strategy for each job.
• Utilize software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager in attaining sales goals and profitability in key markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the engineering community to get products specified on future projects.
• Meet specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting for superior customer service.
• Coordinate with the broader sales team on overlapping markets and cross-portfolio opportunities.
• Participate in industry associations to build networks.
