Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and maintain favorable relationships with current and potential customers, achieving sales goals of its precast concrete products business and developing plans to increase the region's sales volume.

This hybrid Florida-based role serves Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral and requires travel, strong business acumen, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction and company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design/engineering drawings.
• Must be able to travel approximately 50%+ across the sales region.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently within territory to achieve goals.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of all precast concrete products to civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and market products within core markets.
• Identify and bid projects; develop bid strategies for each job.
• Utilize software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the team.
• Support the Area Sales Manager to attain sales goals and profitability in key markets.
• Develop relationships within the engineering community to specify Oldcastle products on projects.
• Meet specified sales volumes and profit margins; coordinate with other departments for top customer service.
• Participate in industry associations to build networking and business relationships.
