Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Florida team. The hybrid role is focused on selling precast concrete products to civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities, with coverage across Jacksonville, Orlando, and Cape Coral.

You will develop and maintain relationships, manage quotes, and collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to meet sales goals and profitability in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction or precast concrete sales.
• Ability to travel ~50%+ within the sales region.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen in sales/marketing and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and bid projects in the assigned market.
• Manage quotes and communicate with the broader team using software tools.
• Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing strategy to meet sales goals and profitability.
• Develop relationships within the engineering community to specify Oldcastle products.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Operations, Transportation and Accounting for service.
• Communicate with the broader Oldcastle sales team to coordinate across geography.
