Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Florida is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow sales of precast concrete products. The role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on developing and maintaining favorable relationships with current and prospective customers, including civil contractors and municipalities.

This hybrid position located at a Florida plant (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral) requires 2+ years in related sales, the ability to read civil/engineering drawings, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction or precast concrete sales.
• Ability to read civil and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel approx. 50%+ across the sales region.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Identify opportunities, market products, and develop bid strategies.
• Use CRM and other tools to manage prospects and quotes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Represent the company in industry associations to grow networking.
