Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow our precast concrete products business in Florida. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, meeting sales goals, and increasing regional sales volume.

You will operate from a hybrid Florida location (Jacksonville, Orlando, or Cape Coral) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and project wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to travel ~50%+ within the sales region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products to civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and target companies within core markets.
• Identify and bid projects and develop bid strategy for each job.
• Use CRM/quote tools to manage prospects and communicate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and profitability in key markets.
• Build relationships with engineers and specifications for future projects.
