Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to drive growth in our precast concrete products. You will cultivate relationships with civil contractors, utilities, and municipalities, aiming to meet sales targets and expand our market presence.

The role is hybrid, located at the Lebanon, TN plant, and involves collaboration across sales, engineering, and production teams to deliver top-tier service and project wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction or precast concrete sales.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%+ of time.
• Strong business acumen in sales/marketing for civil infrastructure market.
• Ability to read civil/design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to contractors and utilities.
• Identify and bid projects; participate in bid strategy.
• Use software tools to manage prospects and quotes.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure customer service.
• Develop relationships with engineering community to specify products.
