Job summary

Fire-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow profitability across CO, IA, MT, ND, NE, SD, UT, WY. You will operate from a home office within the territory and travel 110–130 days annually, including visits to headquarters in Medina, OH.

The role requires a college degree and proven experience in multi-step distribution and end-user sales, with strong communication and presentation skills. Fire-Dex offers base pay with commissions and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• Sales territory management experience required.
• Sales experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling.
• Experience in the fire industry strongly preferred.
• Public safety or government sales experience preferred.
• Account management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work from home office within territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and management.
• Generating direct contact with end-users and distributors.
• Distributor management to maximize revenue and penetration.
• Developing and presenting sales presentations and demonstrations to regional fire departments and distributors.
• Creating product specifications for end-users.
• Coordinating trade shows and regional events.
• Traveling 110–130 days per year with 90–100 overnights.
