Job summary

Fire-Dex is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow and manage accounts across CO, IA, MT, ND, NE, SD, UT, and WY. You will work from a home office and travel 110–130 days annually to events and HQ visits, building strategic relationships with end-users and distributors to maximize revenue.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent, strong sales experience in multi-step distribution, and knowledge of the fire/public safety market. Nationwide travel and home-office setup are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Sales territory management experience required.
• Experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling.
• Fire industry or public safety/government sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work from a home office and travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with end-users and distributors across the territory.
• Develop and present sales presentations to regional fire departments and distributors.
• Manage distributor accounts to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Coordinate regional trade shows and dealer events; train distributor reps.
• Record and update competitive data and sales strategies.
