Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Supervisor – Power Delivery to lead the US-based substation engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and manage staff development across delivery centers. The role focuses on EHV substation projects and multidisciplinary coordination with Power Delivery leadership and clients.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering, 15+ years in electrical engineering with substation experience, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Professional Engineering designation in at least one US jurisdiction is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee substation design and engineering deliverables, including switchyard layouts and design calculations.
• Provide leadership and technical oversight for the US Electrical Delivery Center team.
• Support project delivery, staffing plans, and resource utilization across offices and geographies.
