Stantec seeks a Regional Supervisor – Power Delivery to lead and oversee substation engineering teams across the United States. The role emphasizes people leadership, technical delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional groups to support competitive projects.

This senior position requires extensive experience in EHV substations, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to recruit and mentor high-performing teams while driving safety and quality in busy energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and PE designation is required.
• 15+ years of electrical engineering and design experience for Power Delivery.
• Experience with substation projects and EHV systems (500 kV+) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for US substation design and delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, train, and develop staff across multiple offices.
• Drive project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Foster collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across regions.
• Support business development, client engagement, and strategic planning.
