Job summary

Stantec seeks a Regional Supervisor – Power Delivery to provide leadership and technical oversight for US Substation engineering teams. The role focuses on EHV systems, staff development, and multi-office collaboration to support the Energy & Resources Delivery Center.

The position demands strong project delivery, strategic planning, and ongoing talent development across the US, with regular in-office presence and travel to support team leadership and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering or project-focused teams (3+ years).
• Professional Engineer designation in at least one US jurisdiction is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee substation design and engineering deliverables.
• Recruit, develop, mentor and coach staff across US Delivery Center.
• Drive project delivery, planning, cost estimation and staffing strategies across offices.
