Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Supervisor – Power Delivery to provide leadership and technical oversight for our substation engineering teams across the United States.

The role emphasizes developing talent, delivering medium to EHV substation projects, and coordinating with Stantec’s Global Delivery Center to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Based in any US Energy & Resources office, regular in-office presence is required to support a flexible work model and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with extensive Power Delivery experience preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of electrical engineering and design experience, especially in substation projects.
• Professional Engineering designation in at least one US jurisdiction is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for US Substation engineering teams.
• Lead design and engineering deliverables for medium to EHV substations and related projects.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop staff across multiple offices and geographies.
