Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead a regional network of pharmacy fulfillment sites, drive operational excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance across the region.

You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, optimize workflows with Lean, Kaizen, and data-driven decision-making, and partner with HR, Recruiting, Clinical, and Logistics to scale growth and sustain high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in multi-site fulfillment/operations leadership.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments and risk management.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving performance.
• Strong analytical skills using financial metrics and P&L concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy sites.
• Drive regulatory readiness and compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership pipelines.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define and monitor metrics across safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process-improvement methodologies.
• Oversee inventory, staffing models, and space utilization with site leaders.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data to inform decisions.
• Act as escalation point for significant site events and risk mitigation.
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
