Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites across the United States.

You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance while developing site leadership and scaling processes for sustainable growth. You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, optimize workflows using Lean/Kaizen, and partner with HR, clinical, and logistics to meet patient needs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven track record leading high-volume operations in regulated environments.
• Experience managing teams with strong controls, quality standards, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and drive accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data and P&L insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into execution.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Experience implementing Lean/Kaizen process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness with federal/state regulations and payer requirements.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers; build leadership pipelines.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor KPIs across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze financial and operational data (P&L) to guide decisions.
• Act as senior escalation point for site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Drive regional implementation of corporate initiatives and change management.
• Support new site launches and organizational expansions.
