Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites across the United States, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance.

You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with cross-functional leaders, and implement Lean processes to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while ensuring audit readiness and scalable growth across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in multi-site fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L exposure.
• Proficiency with Excel/Tableau/Looker or similar tools.
• Experience shaping cross-functional initiatives and scaling operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources for consistent execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization.
• Partner with Recruiting/HR to build leadership pipelines.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions.
• Act as escalation point for site-level events and recovery efforts.
• Lead audits, quality assurance and compliance reviews.
• Drive regional implementation of corporate initiatives and new sites.
