Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence for pharmacy fulfillment sites across the United States.

You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance, quality, and cost efficiency in a highly regulated environment. You will scale processes, oversee inventory and workforce planning, and use Lean/Kaizen methodologies to optimize end-to-end workflows while supporting growth and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site operations in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data to guide decisions.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and develop leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness with federal/state standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve site-level execution.
• Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Kaizen.
