Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional, multi-site fulfillment operations across the network and drive performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will coach Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, optimize processes with Lean/Kaizen, manage inventory and costs, and partner with HR, clinical, and finance to enable scalable growth while delivering safe, high-quality pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.
• 5+ years of multi-site fulfillment/operations leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality/risk management.
• Proven track record developing leaders across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness with regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers across the region.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to improve end-to-end workflows.
• Oversee inventory management and staffing across sites.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract regional talent.
• Analyze financial data including P&L to guide decisions.
• Escalate and resolve major site-level events promptly.
• Maintain audit, quality assurance and compliance reviews.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives.
