Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across pharmacy fulfillment sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and high performance.

You will lead a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, collaborating with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and Recruiting to optimize patient experience, safety and cost efficiency. This role demands strategic thinking and strong leadership across a regulated network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations.
• Experience leading in regulated environments with strong quality controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive accountability across sites.
• Strong financial acumen with use of data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy and execution across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and payer requirements.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers across the region.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for better site execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory, staffing, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with HR and Recruiting to attract and develop talent regionally.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Serve as escalation point for major site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews for inspections.
