Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites, drive regulatory compliance, and scale operations across a designated region in the United States.

You will guide a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partnering with Clinical, Talent Acquisition, HR, Logistics, and other leaders to optimize performance while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; 5+ years in leadership for multi-site operations preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment/healthcare operations in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience using P&L data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal/state regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership capability.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources to improve site-level execution and performance.
• Define and monitor key metrics for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methods to reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract, retain, and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to identify trends and guide decisions.
• Act as escalation point for major site events and lead risk mitigation and recovery.
• Oversee audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews to maintain readiness.
• Lead regional rollout of corporate initiatives and new site launches.
