Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the US.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, and partner with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and Recruiting to optimize performance and growth. You will implement standardized processes, monitor key metrics, and apply Lean and Kaizen methods to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations.
• Proven leadership in regulated environments with strong controls.
• Strong analytical, financial, and PMO-style execution capabilities.
• Experience using Excel/Tableau/Looker for data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and payer requirements.
• Mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership depth.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for consistency.
• Define and improve safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to identify waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for site-level issues and risk mitigation.
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Implement corporate initiatives and manage change across sites.
• Support new site launches and organizational transitions.
